You are your closest friend. Don’t put yourself aside. Self-acceptance is the foundation, because after all, you will accompany yourself twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
It will be easier for you when you manage to accept yourself as you really are. Recognize your desires, joys and sorrows.
If you can accept yourself as you are; like yourself, love yourself, it will be easier for you to forgive. Start with yourself and then with others.
After giving yourself approval, you will become your best and truest friend. After a short time also an irreplaceable friend, accepting the situations when you get up late or stain a new blouse.
Allow yourself to accept and make friends with the suppressed and silenced part of yourself.
Don’t reject any part of yourself. You are unique. You look better as a whole than when ignoring your chin’s or stomach’s shape.
Self-love, with full self-acceptance and total forgiveness, is one of the greatest achievements in working on yourself.
UNDERSTANDING

You are real roadside assistance for yourself. In the toughest times and in the worst weather, you will always get to yourself in time.
There must be approval of the whole body and spirit. The time is over for attacking one part of it while loving the other. You are whole!
